Took 4 Simmons wheels in and wanted them to strip and fit new tyres that I brought elsewhere and was told to go away, we don't want your business. How petty, glad you can afford to turn away business and burn customers. I'll never be back and will never recommend them to anyone. Ended up going to Paget Discount Tyres and they gave me great service!
We were passing through Mackay cause we had a flat tyre. They helped us very quickly, and the best of all it was really cheap! Thanks a lot!
I took a truck tyre and rim in today, 19/12/24 to have the tyre swapped with a second tyre that I had also taken in and as I was explaining it to the pleasant girl at reception a man whom I took as the manager butted in and said very rudely in front of other staff and 2 customers, did he buy the tyres from here, I said yes about 12 months ago and he said who is it for, when I told him he said who so I told him the company name and he then said sarcastically, means nothing to me. Once I got past the attempted upselling and I got the concept of now or not at all all across then I got a couple of reasonably priced albeit obscure tyres off the shelf and fitted in a prompt, helpful and friendly manner. If you have need for some unusual type or truck tyres then these guys are good for it.
