Definitely the best customer service and overall experience ever with a car insurance agent! Larry is fantastic and always interacts with me on a personal level. I call him every month to make my payment rather than going online and love the personal service!
They are good at taking money, but try to make a change or cancel your policy and they never call you back or followup on any of the many voicemails you leave.. Costing me $$$ since they didn't cancel policy when I submitted the information to them. I asked asked for a quote for the house i was buying and never got a call on that. Horrible Customer Service!!!
