Absolutely shocking customer service - awful tyres fitted to my car causing crazy vibration, once they had my money not interested in sorting the issue at all

Had my car over 4 hours longer than they promised resulting in 2 missed appointments and didnt check the other work that I needed done. They then thought it fitting to remove my oil filler cap, which was secure the day it was dropped off( I checked the oil level beforehand due to the oil light coming on same day). Outstanding! This is the best garage in South Wales for all your car maintenance and repair needs! Called them Wednesday as needed new tyres and brake pads, dropped my car off to them Friday at 9am, collected my car the same day at 12:45pm. Very competitively priced – real value for money. They are trustworthy, reliable and provide excellent customer service.
