Terrible service, I asked for the price of a tire. The gentleman told me " I don't know.... Have a good day " and just hung up on me. Very rude

Ive had tire repairs several times here and never had a problem. They took a nail out one time and didnt charge me.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! LOW QUALITY "USED" TIRES!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! ! On Sunday 7/11/15 I went to Treads to try and patch my tire, upon inspecting my tire the guy told me that i would need to replace it since the tread was about to separate. I totally understood and agreed to get a used tire (35 bucks). I went to the Chevron next door to use the ATM (since they only accept cash) and by the time i got back he had switched out the bad tire for the good one.
