I cannot tell you enough how awesome the customer service is here! I called from the Gainesville area and talked with Tracy about getting my granddaughter a spare tire for her car, who lives in the area. They ordered and got exactly what we needed in a short amount of time! Tracy was professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! This was beyond amazing! Good Honest Service!

I have been using Treads and Care for my auto and tire service for over 10 years. Previously, I was very satisfied. Recently, I went in for service at 6:30 am, they open at 7:30 am. I was the second person there. When Mrs Tracie Lacour, one of the owners, started writing the service orders, the first guy didn't wait around. He left his truck and rode off on a bike.
