Mike originally came out to inspect my Sole F80 which had a low speed error. He applied proper tension to the belt, cleaned and lubed the deck. I stepped on the treadmill and it appeared to be in working order. The next day I had the same error kick out and texted Mike. He came over again and again serviced the deck and warned me that it could be the motor control board. I got on the treadmill again and it worked.
