I would give ZERO stars if able and have commenced a complaint with the ACCC. On 5/9/2024 Darren "fixed" the treadmill as he had done during the warranty period approx. 3years ago (was great when the warranty was in place, responsive and helpful). We went with him and paid a whopping $552.70 for a repair that lasted 2weeks. We have been contacting regularly since then till today and can not get a response. AVOID at all costs unless you enjoy throwing money down drains
Darren was great, helped fix defective walker. Darren was polite, punctual, professional and got the job done.
The person called Darren Came in 17th December to check my treadmill. He Took the Power board of the treadmill to have it fixed and said would contact me in a couple days to discuss the cost of what would work best. He noted he doesn’t take days off, and also the only person in the state that can fix my power board for the treadmill. I haven't heard from him since, many texts and calls have been made however he’s completely gone missing. Anybody considering contacting this person should not.
We recommend Darren! He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Showed us how to best maintain our new treadmill, did some adjustments and explained some of the workings of the device. Thank you!
I have had a great experience with Darren. I’ve had two repairs with Darren and he was superb, friendly, great knowledge, informative and goes the extra yard to get the job done at a great price. You won’t find a better treadmill repairer.
