Very pleased with the purchase experience and the after sale support from Jerry and his technicians. They truly went above and beyond to help me get the right replacement incline motor for our treadmill. Great service is hard to find right in today's world, but these guys have it right.

(Amended Review) I found a flywheel for my Vision Fitness XF-40 Elliptical on Fitness Graveyard. The website said it was the only one they had and it was supposed to be "New". It was less expensive than the other site I found, and they were clear on the site that there would be no returns. I took the risk and purchased it. The flywheel was delivered on time but upon opening the box it definitely was not new and the plastic cover on the brake/tension mechanism was broken.
