I ordered a motor controller from Fitness Graveyard and it was a huge mistake. I installed the part the very next day, only to find that the treadmill display showed the motor controller was bad. I immediately submitted a request for an exchange through their website—no response. After days of waiting, I sent an email to the address listed on their site—still no response. Very pleased with the purchase experience and the after sale support from Jerry and his technicians. They truly went above and beyond to help me get the right replacement incline motor for our treadmill. Great service is hard to find right in today's world, but these guys have it right.
