Good afternoon, my experience with your company will be my last. Christian was the technician and used one dirty looking rag to clean the air conditioner. not once was it rinsed out and the unit itself was extremely dusty. It still looks like the exterior needs another clean. He left without wiping the floor around his ladder. Who knows what he did on the roof. Not a lot l’m sure. Sorry we are very disappointed. Great work on installing and had no problems ..it's great work... Happy with the service provided...
Absolutely top rate experience from start to finish. Booking was easy. Hayley returned my call promptly, and the service was booked for the next day. When Christian arrived, again spot on time, he was very knowledgeable, and professional. The a/c unit was serviced well, and he took the time to help us understand how to manage the control panel, and certain filter maintenance issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
