Simply put, Jordan is honest and tells it like it is. I have a 1997 Jeep TJ that needed quite a few things done to sort it out so I took it to Jordan. While it was there and after discussing it with Jordan, the decision to have it re-geared. When the time came to do that, he went out of his way to get it to and from the gear shop that did that work. I am very pleased all of the work that has been done!
Very poor customer service on the phone. Felt as though it was an inconvenience calling them. Will not bring a vehicle to them for servicing. Very disappointed, as I heard great things from the Jeep community. Nope.
I feel so fortunate to have found this garage because I truly believe my Jeep couldn't be in better hands. I have now taken my 2014 JK to Jordan twice, once for a cosmetic upgrade and once for mechanical repairs. Both times far exceeded my expectations. The diagnosis and work were completed very quickly at an incredibly reasonable price.
