The staff is rude as hell the one in Georgetown
My husband took my truck to Tire Choice on Friday to have it diagnose because the air stopped working. We were told that it was the evap system and that it's a 10 hour job and they don't open 10 hours, clearly we knew that. That's why we weren't expecting the truck back in 1 day. However, Georgetown is more convenient because we live in Georgetown and Tire Choice is in the network for my warranty. I was charged 780.00 for a alternator change which was sitting on the front upperside of the engine, in plain view with 5 bolts and a belt to be loosen. I was told it was a 3 hr job which my radiator was damaged with a cracked top and was called to be told of this problem that was never there before only to be patched back up when the van came back, my horn wasn't working or air and had to go back to be reconnected. Just ridiculous and coming from a family of mechanic, this is a rip off!!!
