I was charged 780.00 for a alternator change which was sitting on the front upperside of the engine, in plain view with 5 bolts and a belt to be loosen. I was told it was a 3 hr job which my radiator was damaged with a cracked top and was called to be told of this problem that was never there before only to be patched back up when the van came back, my horn wasn't working or air and had to go back to be reconnected. Just ridiculous and coming from a family of mechanic, this is a rip off!!!
I purchased tires from Tire Rack on online and selected TireChoice as my installer. The tires arrived by FedEx later than expected and my scheduled appointment. Shawn was accommodating in making sure I got my tires installed. The guys did an excellent job and are a fun group!
Melvin, my mechanic was confident, thorough, and polite. I bought Cooper Tires special - Buy 3, get one free. I needed new tires as I bought the Ford F-150 from Tidelands Ford Pawleys, where they left the Parking Brake on. SC is flat land. No one at Tidelands synced my phone with FORD PASS. My tires were ruined due to some FORD BOZO leaving the PARKING BRAKE on.
Shawn and his team is awesome. Shawn really care about his customer and won't let you pay for something you don't need. I would recommend you go to Tire Choice for the best customer service and family friendly company.
Thank you so much Sean and Hakim for patching our tire! We are from out of town and needed to be able to get home safely. I called last minute on Saturday evening and they stayed past closing to make sure they could patch our tire before we head home on Sunday. Best customer service I’ve seen in a while!
