I bought new tires and one of the tires would not hold air. The shop told me that they couldn’t find a nail, screw or anything to cause it to leak. They ran tests and watered down the tire and still couldn’t find a leak. So in my opinion the tire was defective. They told me no problem just leave the car with them and they would replace it because it was under warranty. LISTEN TO ME VERY CAREFULLY AND DONT GO THAT PLACE IF YOU DONT HAVE A MILLION DOLLARS ON YOUR POCKET! I went there for tire change and they told me it’s going to cost $310 just for one tire. They said its Goodyear. I went to the Walmart and got the exact same tire for $130+tax and got it installed for $20. Thats incredible. They also charge $41 for replacing your own tire.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. Very professional. The office area was clean and comfortable.
They were the best! Had an issue pop up out of no where on a weekend, and they did everything they could to help me. The entire staff was excellent, and I will be taking my vehicles there from now on to have my servicing done. The entire experience was great and I cannot thank them enough for everything!
Scheduled a wheel alignment for 9-11. The appointment was confirmed for that window. The only email. Show up at 1023 and They say your late and the wheel alignment person is off. Lol. Joke of a business.
