This place was great in the past, and hopefully today is just a one off. I think a worker called in sick, so they were really behind. Maybe only 2 people were working, and i know it's tough to find workers right now. However, my appointment was at 10:30. I sat there until 11:30, and my car never moved from the parking lot. No one said anything to me until I spoke up. Then I was promised I would be next, but the poor guy had too much to do. So I left and am trying another place.
Yall went up on your price on flat tire repair used to be 30 recently now it's 50 with everything being so expensive now I guess your company is hoping on the bandwagon of overcharging customers for basic services. My wife was highly disappointed of being overcharged and we will not be giving this company any more of our money and will go somewhere else for our vehicle repair very unsatisfied. Wish I could give -5 stars
The Cashier was amazing and the the Tech great customer service from both only think 153.00 was to much for a sensor and laber that took 5min to do
Had appointment for oil change at 8:30. Only receptionist at the store at 8:30. She said Technician would be in at 9:00, but two cars for service in front of me . I left car and came back at 10:30. Car still parked and technician came out to get it for service. It appears that the people who make the appointments are off site and don’t really know what’s going on at the store.
Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation only to be told it's first come, first serve regardless of my appointment time. Took over 4 hours for said oil change and tire rotation because there is only 1 mechanic for the whole shop. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me for a high mileage oil change despite me telling her twice that I didn't want that when I checked in.
