Ernest did a great job on our vehicle - and for a fraction of the price we were quoted elsewhere! Great communication and all wrapped up in a timely manner. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.
Ended up finding this place online after being displeased with a previous car shop. Ernest was very nice and answered all questions that I had. He was very informative about what I didn’t know and scheduled me an appointment to come in. After coming in, Chris who worked on my car was very funny with great customer service and took care of my car very well. I will give the manager the opportunity to “make things right” and edit this post if needed, but for now 1-star. I brought a new Jeep Cherokee into their shop to get a stock size set of all-terrain tires put on. 2.5 hours later I go outside and 3 out of 4 of my brand new wheels are damaged! Manager said he wasn’t sure what to do and would call his boss and keep me posted… I’m standing by. Super frustrating. I wait 2.5 hours pay $143 to get my vehicle damaged.. Sick..
Highly recommend this location. Was close to having a tire blow out on a Sunday, and they were able to see me the next day. Very friendly staff, especially earnest and the mechanic, which I didn't get his name. Did an excellent job getting my tire replaced. Ernest was upfront and honest about what I needed. Will return when I need new tires or any other car issues.
