I came in with 1 slow leaking tire, bought 2 tires and left minus $300 and with the same slow leaking tire. Anything too complicated must be above their capabilities.
Had an apt there for today, show up to this.
First visit at the NN location and it was a good visit. Had an oil change done.
Man, what can I say.....I damaged a tire while in Newport News and this was the closest repair facility. When I arrived the gentleman there informed me that he was the only employee there with no technician support. He made me aware that the wait may be a while due to that situation but I stuck around. This gentleman was called from Virginia Beach to cover this store with no support and did it professionally and with a positive attitude and provide great service with no support.
