Would not sell me a single tire, refused unless I changed all 4 tires. Nonsense. Will never come back to this shop again.
This is a tough one. The guys that did the work were great. The service manager was terribly incompetent. He wasn't available when I came in for a tire patch and I gave the tire directly to the techs. Came back 15 minutes later to check in and pay for the job and the service manager was livid and accused me of trying to get free work. He was threatening to fire the techs and basically lost his marbles. He did stop yelling long enough to write the order and let me pay for the job. The experience was on, the guy didn’t tell me that I had a choice on which option I wanted to go with. He just charged me for the full synthetic option, which was the most expensive. I see online that it comes with a free tire rotation. I didn’t get my tires rotated though.
I would highly recommend your place of business And as a matter of fact, I already did someone from the sunglass hut will be coming in sometime this month. She needs four new tires and wrote down the name and phone number off of my receipt. The two guys who took care of me were friendly and wonderful and very helpful and the manager was amazing!
I cannot recommend TireChoice to anyone. I feel as though at every step in the process, the staff at TireChoice was inclined to do what was convenient for them rather than what was right by the customer. The ONLY issue my car had when I brought it in the first time was the tires. They had ample opportunity to see what was wrong with the work when I brought the car back in the day after the work was done.
