Went in for a front end alignment after installing new struts, upper and lower control arms and tie rods. Jermaine (mechanic) and Steve (manager) had me back on the road in no time. Very Knowledgeable guys! Will be going to them again!
My family left richmond heading to Norfolk Va and half way we got a flat tire. Luckily Tire Choice was opened on Sunday. When we got there I spoke to Stephen Albert and explained my situation. He told me that he didn’t have our tire at the shop but he will get it from the other store for us. After couple hours our car was ready. I want to thanks Stephen and his staffs. They were super nice friendly informative and professional throughout the whole time we were there. I definitely recommend everyone.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Things have gone south since new management was brought in a year ago. My mom and I have taken our cars here and in one instance, My mom left her car there all day to get an oil change picked her car up realized nothing in her car had been moved around went inside to make sure an oil change had been done and found out that no one had done her an oil change. After being turned away by another local repair shop who would not accept my warranty insurance, I called Tire Choice and spoke to Steve. He assured me that they did work with SilverRock (through Carvana) and told me to come right in. Diagnosis was warped front rotors and brake pads embedded with debris. Steve spoke to the claims rep who agreed to pay for all repairs. The difference in my brakes was immediately apparent and I was relieved to get the repair done before the upcoming Christmas holiday.
