They went above and beyond to get my tire fixed ASAP
Went to get our tire fixed while on vacation, had something in tire & air was leaking. There was no tech available, they had absolutely no service tech. Told us to go someplace else!
Misdiagnosed My Car and Charged Me for It!!!!! I visited this shop to diagnose a clacking noise coming from the front passenger side of my vehicle. After a quick look, they told me the issue was a bad axle that needed to be replaced but they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the part. I paid them $50 for this so-called diagnosis. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion at a different mechanic shop. Turns out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the axle—it was in perfect condition. 7/25/2025 - we decided to give Tire Choice another try and it was a generally good experience. Dropped off for a same-day oil change and tire rotation. Glad to see improvement! 10/20/2024 - Three years ago I gave them 5 stars. Dawn and Frankie provided great customer service and always took excellent care of our vehicles.
