I had my vehicle towed in because my front wheels were very hot. I had reason to believe that isn't normal. So I didn't want to cause more damage than what heat can do to internal suspension parts. I came in today and found out my repairs were going to be extensive.but christina was kimd,caring honest and upfront with what exactly was to be done with my vehicle,along with the mechanic. She was caring and honest. That quality is hard to find in a.mechanic shop these days. I was beyond grateful and my car has never run smoother. Kudos to the whole team at tire choice. Thank you all. If I had a zero star I would give it.I bought 4 new tires at a discounted price,the staff was very pleasant.I left without checking to see if I had warranty on the tires,come to find out the day after I bought the tires and got a flat Cody said it is extra so I did not have warranty.The next day I got a flat,yes a flat and when I called they said they will send a tow truck but it may be a nail and if it is,I will have to pay.Well it was not a nail and when I asked for a new tire because the sidewall looked damaged,the manage... read more
