Originally, the staff/manager were friendly and helpful. I give 3 stars because everyone that I encountered was very aggressive in trying to get me to buy other services. In addition, no matter what I said the manager she had a rebuttal. Even with an appointment it took a long time to get a tire. My husband loves this place but i decided to return and stay with the car dealership repair shop.
