Lack of communication, took 2 days longer than discussed when I dropped off but work was done excellently.
They are kind, helpful and prompt!
I went last Friday for an oil change I had made an appointment for . No idea id have to wait 2 hours for it . The poor manager or front desk guy is running around like a chicken with his head cut off . The techs move like snails no sense of urgency . One of the techs was yelling through the lobby about how she was gonna quit and upset about something . Not to mention the manager is having to go check behind all their work.
