I went last Friday for an oil change I had made an appointment for . No idea id have to wait 2 hours for it . The poor manager or front desk guy is running around like a chicken with his head cut off . The techs move like snails no sense of urgency . One of the techs was yelling through the lobby about how she was gonna quit and upset about something . Not to mention the manager is having to go check behind all their work. I have purchased tires here twice now and have had fast and friendly service both times. they were helpful with discussing my best option and was a breeze getting an appointment. I will be getting my tires from these guys in the future.
Poor customer service. Hard to get an appointment with them because they don't want business. Unfortunately, they are associated with a tire selling company on Amazon. The appointment I requested was changed to a whole different day and time without any notice. One of the techs had a breakdown yesterday cussing and yelling to the top of his lungs. Whole conversation could be heard from the lobby. All because a customer was dissatisfied with the quality of the service and wanted him to fix his mistakes.
Good guys that care about your feelings. Fast service. I never had any problems. If you have questions, they will have an answer for you. Great knowledge on car service.
