Have been here a few times for damaged tires and to get new tires for my daughter's car before she moved to FL for school. Always a great experience. So when we had an issue with what we assumed was a battery thing with my husband's car, we had an appointment at a local dealership. Two days went by without a word from them. So we went, picked up the car and I called Heather at Tire Choice. She has always been wonderful to work with so she said if it was a battery issue she could get it fixed that day. Heather was very professional & courteous. Definitely will go back.
The customer service was great! Workmanship was great! Fixed my car in a reasonable time. But the cost was a little pricey. Total installation charge was 1,900 hundred dollars to install and replace Nissian OEM alternator and nissian serpentine belt. I would like to go back but it's a little rich for my blood. I would give it 5 stars but there prices are to expensive.
Heather was great. She got me the best deal and really took care of me.
Absolutely do not come here . Rude and useless. Any minor inconvenience they will not touch your vehicle . Told me they had two new people who had been here 3 months and don’t have enough experience to change a tire ?
