They put a “new” tire on my car - that tire was from 2018… and then tried to convince me that was normal. The service manager was condescending and rude about it too when I inquired about it. Edit to owners response: Please provide an email for me to contact.
The wheel barring done during my inspection caused my two front tires to ruin. I got those two front tires in April or May of 2025. Not even a year later, after my inspection that was in October when this occurred, I find out this information from a different worker than the worker who actually signed off/set up this whole thing up to happen - the one who printed the paper, took my keys, etc. I know the name and it’s a good thing I will not mention it.
