I had my mother-in-law's car brought in by tow truck for a flat tire. We were told that the tire replacement and change for two tires would be about an hour. Two and a half hours later we brought my mother-in-law back to the shop and it was still not completed. When my wife and mother-in-law drove up they could see that the tires were off of the vehicle yet when they walked inside to see how much longer it was going to take the person at the counter informed them that the tires weren't even off the car yet.
