Looks like they are under new management and not in a good way. I was told they had the tires and they didn’t. They never called. initially they said 2.5 hours but it ended up being 6. Took forever to drop off car because they forgot all our info and which tires we reserved. Nightmare. You probably don’t have time for this low level of service - I certainly don’t!
Representative was attentive to my situation and very responsive. Thank you.
