I had a flat today and pulled into your store on Sam Rittenberg in Charleston.. I was greeted by a very personable staff who quickly assessed my needs a provided a detailed and reasonable quote. They got my repairs completed quickly and sent me on my way. I will definitely take my business to you in the future.
They were so helpful and so understanding that I had to get on the road asap. I would recommend them to anyone. Eric the assistant manager helped me out so much - best car service I’ve ever had!!!!
My son could have loss his life this morning. His car was serviced here a few days ago and they only put 2 bolts back on the tire. One bolt came out this morning while driving and the other was lose. This could’ve been a disaster. I called to speak with the manager at 7:30 am. The manager would not come to the phone. I will be calling g corporate. This incident resulted in a bent rim causing me to spend MORE money. I’m very unsatisfied because it should have been FREE due to the negligence.
Second time they have taken care of me. Friendly, honest and timely. I will use them again!
Travaris the manager was extremely helpful! I had 2 nails in my tire and couldn't use my roadside warranty to fix it. I had to get 4 new tires...got them at a GREAT price. Excellent service!
