Overall good experience. I came in for what I thought was going to be a routine State inspection. I ended up with 4 new tires and a set of rear shocks that I needed but didn't know I needed until my vehicle was inspected. Thanks to Mike and his team for getting me back on the road safely.
Michele took care of me at the Western branch Boulevard store and she did a fabulous job and was very professional and courteous and polite. I really appreciate Michele ‘s professionalism and expertise and answering my questions and she was a wonderful customer service representative of the company, she kept me apprised by telephone advising me of options that I had while the car was in for a flat tire change, and I appreciate her very much
I caught a flat tire and googled them. I was so glad they were open up on a Sunday. Good communication. Good service. Michelle helped me out and had me on my way. I would definitely be back
Great Service! I walked in for a state inspection and it was completed fairly quick. They did a great job, removing the old sticker and placing the new one. Definitely coming back.
