Mike was amazing! What would have taken the other service center 2 days to fix he fixed in 1! He really keeps his promise and delivers your car back to you better than he found it! :)
Made an appointment through website. Picked the tires i wanted. Appointment confirmed with tires in stock. Drove down the day of my appointment and started checking me in. Trying to offer me tires I didn't want. I asked them about the ones I ordered through the appointment site. They stated to never trust the system. Needless to say I walked out. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN!
The wait time was an extremely long to get four new tires installed. It didn't help that they only had two techs available. One left for a brief period of time. There was one car ahead of me when I got there, which was already in the bay. Three hours later, after the tires were installed, the tech put different color stem caps on including a Ford. My car isn’t a Ford. It seemed like the tech found whatever was available. New stem caps should be brand new instead of used one. As customers we are being charged for shop supplie... read more
