I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I first went to Tread back in 2018 and did a couple of spin classes and then life got in the way. Last year I decided it was time to make a change and fell in love with Tread's Mill classes. It was tough getting back into working out, but Lori and her team taught me that you do not need to be in tip top shape to get back into your fitness journey.
