I’ve been going TreadHouse for about 2 months now. I started going in order to push myself in the weightlifting department. I’m a marathon runner looking to Boston Qualify and TreadHouse has seriously made me not absolutely despise lifting. Also, they’re one of the only gyms in Lancaster city that has classes early enough for me to go before work. Everyone is very friendly and I love that they make teams for races all over PA!
What a fun place to workout!!!!! I love the space, the staff, and the vibe is so up beat. Strength, conditioning, running, cool people, all found here. Definitely the place that you want to check out if you're looking for quality workouts by professionals, a very welcoming and motivational Community, and something that will will truly guide you.
I LOVE TREADHOUSE! I found TreadHouse when looking for a gym to get my body prepped and ready for some backpacking & hiking out west this summer. I’m 12 classes in and I love the coaches, the work out format (1/3 treadmill & 2/3 weights), the people & the tunes! I can’t recommend this gym enough. Megan - the owner- is AMAZING!
Treadhouse has truly become my second home! I’ve been coming here for almost two years, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The coaches—JoEllyn, Megan, Mark, and Jennifer—are absolutely amazing! Tread House is hands down the best gym in town! As a locally-owned gem, it offers not only amazing programming but also an atmosphere that’s hard to beat. The vibes are immaculate, and the community is incredibly welcoming - whether you’re a local or just passing through town, you’ll feel right at home. The workouts are challenging and fun, and you can tell that the trainers are passionate about helping you succeed.
