I've been calling and emailing once weekly since Memorial Day. I'm just looking for a replacement part. Very disappointed that I've gotten no response...run away, run away!!!
Company is not responding to emails. Phone inbox is full. This company is on the way out. I bought a tread that has malfunctioned twice since purchase. I am trying to get the controller replaced, but they are not responding. This is an item I used lightly and broke twice. Would not recommend the product based on the electronic components are shoddy. I would not recommend the company based upon customer service issues.
I ordered a Tread Desk via its website on 7 Mar 2017. I paid $1095.00 for a Tread LS. One month later, and I have still not received the product. The company is not answering its customer service line, nor is it responding to my e-mails. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card agency. Buyer beware!
