super unprofessional and undermining of employees
We ordered a magazine that had to be prepaid for it and the shipping. It was over 2 months late due to employee problems, poor workmanship and bad management. It caused us a great deal of problems with such a delay and no compensation was made. Nothing at all - not even a thank you. Will never do business with them again. Very unprofessional and magazine received was still not up to specs. Had to take possession anyway and fix ourselves.
