Joy and Dora....the first faces that you'll see when you come to this business when looking for care for your loved one. But it's an amazing thing, how they don't treat your family member as a commodity but show them care as a person. I had the privilege to meet these two ladies as we were looking for care for our father after he had escaped another in-care home on a few occasions. Great facility in the heart of Ventura! Small community but huge hearts! Staff longevity and happy residents. Perfect option for memory/ dementia care.
Worst place ever to work for . Management their is not grate at all. There is a lot of favoritism between the manager and the caregivers. If they like you they give you the good hours if they don't they will do their best to make your work space hell.. they have people working their for more then 20 years don’t get recognized for their hard work.
I have worked at Treacy Villa for several months now and it has been amazing! The staff is always organized, friendly and the care is great. This facility is the cleanest I have ever worked at! I highly recommend this place for employment and resident care.
