Installed my fence incorrectly. Treacy Fencing admitted to their mistake and confirmed someone would be back to rectify the issue via email. 2 months later no fix and despite following up twice, I have been ignored. Office staff are rude and helpless, they can only tell you someone will call back but you will never hear back. Completely unacceptable way to run a business and terrible workmanship
Totally horrible experience with these guys and their team of installers. Poor job done on my property in Lake Treeby and efforts to get them to fix it frustrated. Very unhelpful and rude to customers.
After a bit of miscommunication Treacy Fencing were quick and eager to help me out, I spoke to Laura and she organised to get someone out urgently to get our fence done and they have done an amazing job, hoping we don't have to wait too long for our gate!
Similar to other poor reviews. I will lead with the fact that they did build a decent quality fence though., and the install trades were nice guys. Boundary fence included with developer for new property. For what we thought would be the easy option - got them to add some extras so that everything could be done at the same time and we would move in with all fencing complete.
