Incredible, tasty Vietnamese food that is 100% gluten free! The vermicelli bowls are served on the larger side, with a generous portion of meat and spring rolls. The flavour of the chicken was delicate but flavourful. The pho bowls were served steaming hot with generous noodles. The broth tasted light but authentic. Excellent food all around. I have both dined in and gotten takeout and there is little change in the quality on takeout.

Tried out TRE Vietnamese Kitchen for a weekday lunch. Menu is 100% gluten free (even the banh mi)! Four weekday lunch combos ($13.95). - Combo A ($13.95) - spring roll, pho ga and tea. Broth was light, dry chicken. Spring roll was tiny - Peanut satay beef noodle soup ($16.50) - good depth. Decent amount of beef slices - Pho dac biet ($16.95)
A nice dining experience, the staff were lovely. But despite all the good reviews I unfortunately found the food quite average in flavour. I had #71 - Vegetable coconut peanut satay soup, it came with a very healthy serving of bean sprouts but it didn't have much flavour in general. I was expecting a creamy, coconut, ramen style sauce but it was more like a liquid broth and I couldn't taste much coconut or any peanut flavour.
Great experience every time. Authentic Vietnamese. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
