I had an aluminum head welded here but the weld crumbled so I had to buy a New one. I assume TRE did a good job Dynoing my engine But I paid them and later needed them to email me the programming in case I lost my Efi chip But Taylor Lastor would NOT reply or send it after emailing numerous times. I was ignored!! Owner does Not speak much and employees are quiet as if they’re trained to not speak. And most of ALL they rarely answer their phone!!!!! This place may no what they are doing as far as building engines. COMMUTATION SUCKS!!! They tell you one thing and do another and then get pissed when you call them out on it, Not friendly at all non of the employees/owner what so ever!!! Never answer the phone no matter what time you call or what day of the week you try to contact them, to get updates on your build. For over 2 years I did everything I could to be a TRE customer. Waited patiently, followed up, asked if there was anything I could do to help....time and time again I was told "next week we will start your project". All I have to say is read the reviews on the internet before you choose to do business with TRE.

Don't do business on a handshake with this company....make sure to have invoices and documentation for all parts, services and deposits.

Absolutely horrible experience. Does not do at all what he says he's going to, or when he says he's going to do it. Does not communicate at all.
