Originally I had left a very favourable review however after actually receiving part (note I didn’t actually receive the whole thing) of my order I cannot recommend anyone have to suffer through this. While my initial consult with Georgia was very favourable the follow up was not. I had ordered my dresses and paid in full up front. 2 months out from my wedding I started messaging Georgia asking about when would be best to pick up the dresses. After a lovely appointment and placing an order on the day, our beautiful bride was left distraught after receiving a damaged, poor quality copy of what she tried on, only weeks before her wedding day. It wasn't even hemmed! Like other reviews from brides here, communication was also extremely poor leading up to receiving this dress at alterations. Don't risk it! From a horrified Maid of Honour xx
I would strongly caution anyone considering this business for a custom wedding dress. I ordered a custom-designed gown in June 2025 for my wedding in March 2026, expecting a collaborative and well-communicated experience. Instead, the process was incredibly stressful from start to finish. I had to repeatedly chase updates via email, phone, and text, often receiving little to no response. 8 months ago I met with Georgia and described the dress I wanted. She seemed lovely and willing to help me out. We discussed the dress and what I had in mind and she told me she was capable of producing this dress. She then told me of a 10% discount if I pay for my dress in full.
