I would strongly caution anyone considering this business for a custom wedding dress. I ordered a custom-designed gown in June 2025 for my wedding in March 2026, expecting a collaborative and well-communicated experience. Instead, the process was incredibly stressful from start to finish. I had to repeatedly chase updates via email, phone, and text, often receiving little to no response. 8 months ago I met with Georgia and described the dress I wanted. She seemed lovely and willing to help me out. We discussed the dress and what I had in mind and she told me she was capable of producing this dress. She then told me of a 10% discount if I pay for my dress in full. Had booked an appointment in advance for this morning at 9:30am, received the confirmation message and the reminder. I take the day off work, arrive, doors locked, no one’s there. I try calling multiple times and the mobile number gives an automated message that it is not receiving calls. I email and I’ve heard nothing back, just ghosted completely wasted my day. Extremely unprofessional.

While the in-person service was warm, the overall experience was stressful and fell well short of expectations. My initial appointment in April was positive.
