Bill is a great stand up Guy. Been knowing him for years and He is always my go to guy for all my home improvement needs. Him and his company is very trustworthy and dependable. Whenever I call they are always there.
I had my roof done last year. The process went smooth until I had to call them about my lifetime warranty. At that point, Bill stop answering his phone and would not return calls or messages. DONT BELIEVE THE LIFETIME WARRANTY claim. It's just a selling feature.
