Another great service experience. A couple years ago needed a gas water heater replaced. Wanted to go with a hybrid. Looked at the SMUD rebates and list of SMUD contractors. I got three bids. TRC was the best price of the three--in one instance by about $2,000 less. (Don't know that that one contractor was thinking--it was essentially the same job with the same/comparable heater). Great service at a reasonable price on my HVAC system replacement
We called TRC the day after our AC stopped blowing out cold air. We were able to speak with the woman at the off hours dispatch desk and she put in our order right away. We received a call that we could be fit in that same day, which was great. Yuriy was the technician who came out and he was great. Super quick, very professional, very friendly. He gave us some tips on maintaining our AC unit, which was appreciated. He cleaned up the unit as well, which was super kind as it was near 100 that day. We would definitely use this... read more
