Terrible reception. Think they are doctors . Hold medication hostage til you do whatever they want you to. Incompetent unprofessional service,especially when ang is working. Don't bother making a complaint with trc, cause they will back their receptionist even if they wrong. Get treatment anywhere else but this clinic. Doctor Mecloud is awesome . Just the staff need to get more professional. Or better yet a different line of work.
