Don't ever call this place with an out of state number. I called on my cell phone, which is out of state. The person that answered was a total jerk and when I finally was able to explain that I lived here in Columbus and that I had a vehicle related question his attitude changed, but he never apologized for being a total dick. I for sure will never use this guy. Way to lose a potential customer. Horrible customer service reflects on how well they care about your vehicle.
