Absolute time wasters!. Told that they will deliver a part on Thursday morning. Repeatedly asked to confirm time, and waited at a service station for good one hour. Said the driver will be there any moment, called again after about an hour to be told that delivery is on next day. Driver called 3 hours before agreed time next day and told that he is on his way back, while I was at work.
I'm in South Wales, ordered a steering rack from this company at a very reasonable price, had free post and packing, ordered on Tuesday, the item arrived on Friday, wow what a turnaround, will definitely use them again
Time wasters, ordered engine, they never check it, engine arrived not able to crank it, and when i rang them to say about the problem they started say lies, This situation made Big impact to my buissnes, had to reschedule 2 weeks. Things like that no aceptable For a company advertising quality parts and service.
