Bought a new 2013 CX-9 from them and had a great experience. Had done our research (Consumer Reports, KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar) and knew the exact options, color, price, etc. that we were looking for. Trolled the main Mazda web site for dealers in the area that had the car. Called them up and told them which car and our bottom line price. Diane checked on it and got back with us in about 10 minutes. They prepared the car and the paperwork in advance.
