Get directionsI received the incorrect migraine meds last month and accepted it. Now to get it refilled will cost me almost 200.00 - I have tried to call the office, and get the answering service since Friday, 10/21, Monday, 10/24, Tuesday, 10/25 and today, 10/26. CVS has reached out to them as well - NO RESULTS. I just get a lousy answering service that is very abrupt and doesn't care if you don't get a call back. Says it has been going on for several months. What am I to do? I'm totally out of medicine and my choice is to pay 200.00 for... read more
My comment is not about Dr Wilford, but rather about her staff, who apparently don't think they need to do their job (answering the phone). I called (during the office's open hours) and waited for over 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Answering the phone is the most basic part of your job, and you can't even bother to pick up the phone and answer when patients are trying to reach you. I can't see any reason why you would not be able to pick up the phone, other than, perhaps, just trying to avoid doing your job.
I'm shocked this doctor has any thing less than 5 stars.... I thought she was super attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician. I've seen her several times too. Now the office phones are chronically understaffed. But at least they are personable!
My daughter and I are both patients of Dr. Wilford and she is Amazing! She is caring, considerate and has been great with us over the years.
Cold, careless, unattentive, rushed, overbooked, unsympathetic, lack of effort, and only does good when they have a student intern shadowing them at appointments.
Went to doctor for RLS and migraines. Through other doctors I have been on all the RLS meds and nothing was working and my incessant of migraines was increasing. I explained my spinal stenosis to her and asked if that could cause my discomfort. Got a MRI she had an assistant call me told me to go to a pain management doctor. Nothing done about my RLS. When I asked these questions I was told I would get a call back from the doctor. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER 2 weeks. Looks like she just drops you off her radar if your to difficu... read more
Terrible. Wiah I could give zero stars. No empathy, referred me to a dept of doctors that doesnt even exist in the universe!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!! Only got to see her once. After my 1st appointment, she cancelled on me twice, each time taking weeks to reschedule to find another opening. After she cancelled on me the 2nd time, I'd had enough and haven't wasted my time with her since. So much for trying to get any kind of help or answers in a timely manner. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and go to someone who will actually be considerate of your time and the care you need.
I really love Dr. Wilford, however trying to reach their office, or get a call back if you are having problems, is damn near impossible. Call center takes messages, but office takes an entire business day to get back to you, which is less than helpful if you are struggling as it is.
