I have been a client of Jo at Trayah for 18 months, and she clinically assessed me as having Lipoedema. She gave me insight and knowledge on how to self manage this condition, in conjunction with her MLD expertise, and warm, empathic approach. Since my diagnosis, it’s been a journey of empowerment- plus a new love for the lymphatic system!! It’s been emotional but inspirational. I’ve had Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Jo about 3 times now and I love this type of massage treatment. I wanted this done as it’s become very popular on social media and I wanted it done by a professional so I can trust what’s the right way to do it, and not just made up for likes or follows online by the, “done it once now I’m an expert” creators online. I ca not recommend this service highly enough. Jo is very friendly and personable. I can honestly say that I felt like I have made a friend as we talked openly and none stop. Jo is very knowledgeable and empathetic and it was a huge sigh of relief to be listened to and understood. Thank you Jo.
