Paul Traxler in my experience was unprofessional in relation to a >$1M piece of real estate - and I would be nervous with using him as a selling agent going forward, rationale below: Paul ignored all calls, emails and texts to conclude negotiation of the PSA until I finally reached out to the seller directly who had to nudge Paul in the right direction. Paul and his wife Dianne are great realtors and fine people that are a pleasure to deal with. Some realtors just want you to buy whatever house you see as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next client. In our case, I have never felt like Paul wanted to get rid of us. They showed us homes for nearly 6 months, though I do NOT recommend looking that long! I think Paul genuinely wants his clients to find a home that they feel comfortable with. Paul and his wife Dianne are great realtors and fine people that are a pleasure to deal with. Paul is friendly, professional, and responsive to concerns. Goes out of his way to ensure that his clients receive the best service. I would recommend him highly to friends and family.
