Great efficient servicing and communication, always done with great quality!
Whilst a log book service was done at Trax, next time I will take to the dealer for servicing. A month after my car was serviced here an engine light on my dash indicated dirty oxygen sensor. When I queried why the sensor was not cleaned at service was advised it was not in list to do. (Although dealer does as part of service) Was advised my car was a piece of shit made in China and to take to dealer to fix. I've had excellent service in the past with many cars I've taken here, but was spoken to in a manner totally uncalled ... read more
Paul and his team at Trax are absolutely fantastic! Very quick to diagnose an issue, very fair and transparent with pricing and quick. I couldn’t recommend Paul’s services more, great workshop that can tackle any issue at a great price, I will be taking all my cars to Trax from now on.
