I went here for a car wash and noticed leftover soap on the front of my car. When I brought it up at the front desk, I was told they “can’t take that off.” Instead of addressing the issue, the response felt dismissive. It seems the staff are more practiced at saying “no” than actually helping customers. This was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this business. I come here every other month for a detail wash and the manager Oswaldo does a great job. I do pay $75, but they turn my car looking new. I would recommend people to talk to the manager first if you have concerns and then put the car for wash.
Incredible service by Oswaldo and his crew on my white SUB full exterior and interior detail. I can confidently say the car had not looked as good since it was new. Terrific job!
