I observed an extremely rude customer get a basic wash and demand her trunk and seats be cleaned. The staff acted very professional in dealing with the delusional customer.
Hands down the best carwash in the entire nj !! Had my car extreme cleaned! The guys did an amazing job love it !!
Even after this car wash, the car was still dirty. Every time I had to literally point at the spots they “didn’t notice” and ask them to clean them again. There was sand inside the car, and the passenger door interior was still dirty — they just left it like that. And after all that, there were sticky tree sap marks still all over the car. When I mentioned that the service clearly wasn’t completed properly, they told me I had to pay an extra $175 — then they’d do it right.
