I paid for the works package and would have loved to give a 5 star. They were quick and efficient, however, when I got home I realized they did not clean or shine my tires. I called and the receptionist said to come back. Here’s the problem, I came back and when I asked for a credit or something toward having to come back she said no. I've been here a few times, paid for The Works, and it's the same thing with the dashboard, inside of my windows and windshield, and cupholders not being wiped down. I'll tell the girl at the register, she'll tell the guys, and it'll still be half-a'ed. Edit since it won't let replies from customers: I've asked if wiping the cupholders is included in The Works when I take my car in and the guys always say it is.
