Trax Auto supplied one of the best car buying experiences I have had in 57 years. The first person we spoke with, Chris, was incredibly friendly and helpful...then we had the pleasure of meeting (and working with) Manny, who was absolutely wonderful. I purchased a car two years ago from Trax… Manny in particular and the transaction went relatively smooth, but I’ve asked for paperwork from him subsequently and he’s very resistant to give that to me. Not quite sure why but this being the second car I bought from him I’m quite surprised. Additionally, they sold me a car warranty that is worthless for almost $2500. 10 years ago, in my 20s, I made the worst deal I've ever made in my life here. Sean lied, without telling me, about my income to get me the smaller down payment, didn't tell me that would make my interest rate awful, wooed me by letting me take a Saab convertible to drive as they held my car for days "getting it ready" effectively making it impossible for me to do my own recon, go get the car checked on my own, and made me totally unable to return the car under California's 3-day return policy.
