I have bought two cars from Manny. He is a great person. Honestly and careful. He will help you find the right car, secure financing, and makes the process smooth and thoughtful. I am glad I saw his car lot while driving on El Camino, it is very centrally located and there is a wide selection. You get a fair price and get to work with a good person, would highly recommend his business when looking for a car.
Manny at Trax responded very well to my inquiry...I am retracting my 1 star review and elevating to 4 stars. Still not happy with the warranty company they use but that's not their fault.
I purchased a car two years ago from Trax… Manny in particular and the transaction went relatively smooth, but I’ve asked for paperwork from him subsequently and he’s very resistant to give that to me. Not quite sure why but this being the second car I bought from him I’m quite surprised. Additionally, they sold me a car warranty that is worthless for almost $2500. Turns out the warranty covers basically nothing. I really can’t recommend doing business with Trax. .
Made the worst deal I've ever made in my life here. Sean lied, without telling me, about my income to get me the smaller down payment, he wooed me by letting me take a Saab convertible to drive as they held my car for days "getting it ready" effectively making it impossible for me to do my own recon, go get the car checked on my own, and made me totally unable to return the car under California's 3-day return policy.
