Extremely disappointing customer service. I contacted Trawick International with a straightforward question about the cost of adding Cancel for Any Reason coverage. It took eight days to receive an email response, and the response still did not clearly answer my question. Very arduous process that was needlessly confusing and complicated. Truly, they need to revise their documents to clarify what their policy covers in the matters related to Trip Delay, Trip Cancellations and Trip Interruption- it’s not all three it’s ONE or the other! I am a 79 year old retired commercial airline Captain and Vietnam veteran. My wife is a 73 year old retiree. Each year we set aside funds for a vacation. Buyer beware! I feel like I've been scammed. My trip to Egypt was cancelled for safety reasons by a third party due to the war in Iran. My claim was denied even though this was totally out of my control. Not a fair practice.
