Repeatedly asking for the same documentation that has been submitted for a $175 claim. A complete waste of time, and obviously, money.
I will never again purchase travel insurance through Trawick International. I have used other travel insurance companies and they have allowed me to transfer my premium paid to a different trip when I have had to change my plans due to unanticipated circumstances. Not with Trawick. They kept my whole $279.60 premium and would not allow me to transfer it to a different trip. As stated, this has not been a problem previously with other travel insurers. I do not recommend Trawick.
Twebsite is good, But advice to asian not to by insurance from Zurich Insurance . Really bad service and non cooperative
We have workers comp with them and we had an audit. Antoinette Santerelli was our auditor. She was awesome..... soo so helpful and patient and its been a rough few months so it was so appreciate. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge her because as a former Imsurance agent I understand how hectic it can be and her kindness was noticed and appreciated
Don't waste your money on this insurance. They just deny all claims. My claim was denied because the policy was terminated at the time of claim submission, although claim was in effect on the date of service
