Buyer beware! I feel like I've been scammed. My trip to Egypt was cancelled for safety reasons by a third party due to the war in Iran. My claim was denied even though this was totally out of my control. Not a fair practice.
Please dont waste your money. I bought policies from them for years, and never had a problem filing claims / getting reimbursed. But their new underwriter, SUREGO/Nationwide, is a SCAM. They kept denying my medical trip interruption claim, basically saying, I wasnt sick enough since I was well enough to travel the following day, even though the Urgent Care doctor submitted a medical record and statement verifying my condition. Great insurance company , great reinsurance opportunity. Great travel option and international health insurance option for a global expat living outside usa.
They had excellent communication and were very fast at answering my questions! I honestly have never had a better experience with a travel insurance before! The staff were extremely friendly and professional! They helped me with all my needs, I would highly recommend!
