It's more of a pretend boat ramp. It's way too shallow for most boats to launch there. I had to get really creative to get my boat back on the trailer. The option was to drive my car into the lake until all four wheels were well into the water. I didn't feel comfortable doing that with my two wheel drive vehicle.
