I've been going to Trav for about a year now. I have always found him to be friendly and approachable, without that condescending air some mechics get with women. He takes the time to explain things, and his service is exceptional! I have never had to take my car back to get something readjusted after a service from Trav and his team - unlike having my car serviced by the actual manufacturer! Last year I was told by a mechanic in another city that I needed my rear brakes replaced. I booked my car into Trav’s to get this done, my partner took my car in, and they rang him to say that my brakes were fine, but the brake fluid needed changing, and my handbrake needed tightening. They did this for a fair price, and I’m so grateful that they were honest about what work needed to be done. 100% going back when I need a service, and my partner is going to take his car there too.
