Trying to give a small hotel a chance and get hit with a mess. Budget Inn Sanford . Went to check in ( literally 12 minutes early ) . Lady at desk comes out and looks directly at the clock not even a “ hi how are you “ and says sit on the couch or it’s $30.00 early check in fee. BUYER BEWARE - I made a reservation through this service and when I got there I was quite surprised. I took the key and checked out the room to see if the parking lot was a true indication of the lodgings and boy howdy it was. The place was one rat shy of a crackhouse. I took the key up front and advised them that I would not be staying there. I received a notification the reservation was cancelled and the Inn manager said that my money would be refunded.
