RecommendedAbsolutely love Traveling Mailbox! It’s my first time using a mail forwarding service and I’m very pleased I went with them. Had one glitch when my mail went to the wrong Post Office and they refunded the forwarding charge without me having to ask. Anytime I’ve called or chatted, have received excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
They have incredible customer support. We have used the service for over a year and have no complaints.
Never works. Terrible service. I subscribed their service for 3 months and spent effort on setting up new address with companies and USPS form 1583 without successfully reading one single mail. Useless and rude customer service. Two people company. The company doesn't care customer at all.
