My sweet and handsome boy was not feeling well, as his ears were suddenly bothering him, so I got him into KAH asap via urgent appointment. Ear swabs confirmed he has an ear infection, so Dr. Wright sent him home with 3 Rx. He is taking his meds like a good boy, and I think he is already feeling better.
My baby Lucy is 15 yrs old. Yesterday she had an emergency visit due to bleeding. The whole staff is amazingly nice and sweet! Everything was explained perfectly so we knew exactly what was going on and the care we needed. They were so gentle with my baby. And they were affordable as well!
McKenzie: best vet tech ever!! She handles my sassy (but not mean) tortie girl like a pro! And my tuxedo boy LOVES her. He purrs so loud when he sees her, even when he is sick. I am so thankful for McKenzie and Dr. Wright! Also Casey at the reception area. These cats are so at ease in this office.
Very kind and understanding of our situation, explanation of any questions we had were explained so we could understand what they were going to do as far as the test's and procedures. We were able to take care of everything right there. Staff very helpful and attentive. Thank you everyone at Kay Animal Hospital for helping us through a difficult decision. I would recommend this Vet to anyone that needs care for their fur- babies 🐾🐶🐱🐾❤️🩵
The staff here is great. They have competitive pricing. Although they are busy, they take their time with you once in the examination room. We are clients for my fur baby life.
