I really wish I could get a negative star, because that would be an honest reflection of the Travis Tile. I thought I was stepping into quality and customer service when I chose this place but I was unfortunately mistaken. Mia was helpful at first but when I told her my budget and only doing a small bathroom she quickly became uninterested in helping. Obviously commission driven and not customer service driven . Excellent, friendly service. Well-planned showroom with an enormous variety of tile. One can easily complete a bathroom in one session, without hopping all over town. If the look you want isn't available here, then you probably aren't going to find it anywhere.
