Best place to buy sod!!
On day 1 receiving my sod (6 pallets of Palmetto sod) there were problems with it falling apart. After contacting Travis he sent out a crew and installed it in pieces and rolled and rolled it over and over, gave me his word that if it's not good he will replace it. Three weeks later it is full of weeds I have contacted them and sent photos of the lawn with the weeds and nothing has been done about it except for a supervisor to look at it after constantly contacting them . This is the worst pallet ive gotten in a long time. Do 6-7 sod projects a month and had to use them for CitraBlue which definitely is never this bad. Top quarter of the pallet is straight garbage. Many holes, bad soil patches and maybe 4 out of 30 pieces were Square. Thanks for extending my project because of horribly cut sod and thin patchy layers.
We got sod from them a couple of months ago and we were not happy with the installation. It was very uneven and holes where the sod didn't meet. We were told to give it some time, and it would even out. It did not. I called, and they said that they would have someone come out and look at it, and they never showed up and they never called me. I have a knee replacement and still had to be careful when I'm mowing the grass. It was a reasonable price.But I guess you get what you paid for.
They are great to work with. We've used them for years. These pictures are the last big project we did with them. It was Bahai, Winter Bahai so it was very brown but we knew Resmondo brought us good sod. We just made sure it was watered. The first picture is right after we laid it. The second picture is right after our first cut. As soon as it warmed up it turned green.
