Upon moving in, we were welcomed with urine in a water bottle in our backyard. We have not been here a year and we’ve experienced structural, HVAC, electrical and water damages. At this point, the cosmetic issues aren’t even a concern. When some of the contractors come out to fix it, they try to flip it and blame us. We’ve even caught some contractors in a lie saying that’s nothing is wrong, but they’re still bringing in supplies to fix what isn’t wrong.
I would like to thank all guys from mortgage ! consult : Mr: Travis aylsworth and Mr Robby Gomez they did great job 👍 Mr : Miguel Serrano the builder , this gentleman he so nice and so helpful working hard ! After closing he still answers my questions ! Thanks !
