We purchased our home from Pulte Homes in November 2021 in the Travis Ranch Phase 2I community in Forney, Texas. Unfortunately, since moving in, we have experienced recurring air-conditioning drain line leaks in the exact same location nearly every summer. Upon moving in, we were welcomed with urine in a water bottle in our backyard. We have not been here a year and we’ve experienced structural, HVAC, electrical and water damages. At this point, the cosmetic issues aren’t even a concern. When some of the contractors come out to fix it, they try to flip it and blame us. We’ve even caught some contractors in a lie saying that’s nothing is wrong, but they’re still bringing in supplies to fix what isn’t wrong.
